At Tekustile, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. All our items are produced on demand and shipped directly to the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund. To process the claim, we require clear photographs of the item received.

Shipping Issues

In case of delays or lost packages, we will work with the printing and shipping provider to resolve the situation. If the order does not arrive, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Returns for Size or Preference

Since each product is made on demand, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes, color changes, or personal preferences. We recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before placing your order.

Claim Period

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
